Terms of Service

Payment• Payment is expected within one week.
• PayPal and Venmo are the only methods of payment currently accepted.
• If you fail to pay within the week, the adopt will be put back on sale or go to the next interested buyer.
• If you think you won't be able to pay within the week, please contact me as soon as possible. Excuses given after the deadline won't be taken into consideration.
• Pay only after I confirm your order. Any kind of payment I receive before this will be considered a donation and I will charge the payment again after confirming it.
• No refunds.Permissions and Copyright• Credit must be given wherever used.
• You may redesign the character as you wish. That includes: clothing, hair, gender, accessories, etc.
• All adopts are non-commercial by default unless stated otherwise. If you need an adopt for commercial purposes, this can be discussed with me, but a fee will be involved. This fee can be of 1x to 2x the price of the adopt, according to case.
• No one (including the buyer) is allowed to edit/modify the original art, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use the character and artworks for advertising. All characters and artworks are for personal use only, unless discussed with me beforehand.
• Making NFT's out of any of my works is prohibited regardless of the type. (This also applies to works with a commercial license)
• You may not use my art nor the adopt for any AI use. (This also applies to works with a commercial license)
• By purchasing or obtaining my design(s) through other means, you agree that you will not create or participate in any blockchain-related technology using my work or my designs. This includes commissioning other artists work of my designs and using them in any blockchain technology.
• If the original artwork is going to be posted on another website, a direct link to my page is required.
• You may not resell the adopt for more than the price you bought it for. (Unless you bought extra art, but keep it reasonable)
• I may use the artwork in my portfolio/to promote my art.Blacklisting• Acts that result into blacklisting are: Refusing to pay the Adopt you had interest in. Showing interest in an Adopt and not answering me after I sent you a note / DM multiple times. Using my art/adopt for NFTs and/or AI.

Credit for @Pip_sii of the design must ALWAYS be given when posting adopt/design.AI/NFT usage is not permitted.Commercial/streaming usage will come with an additional fee.I reserve the rights to the original image and may use the art for portfolio purposes.Reselling must be at the same or lower price.A gifted adopt may not be resold as it no longer carries any monetary value.Minor alterations are allowed as long as the adopt is still recognizable to the original design.Payment is upfront and through PayPal. Payment plans can be discussed.Failure to play and contact with 24 hours will result in the adopt going back up for sale.No refunds. Chargebacks will result in a ban and adopt will go back up for sale.Client will receive a transparent .png file of the adopt. There will be no .psd or .clip files.

✧ Reposting / uploading received or purchased art / characters is always welcome with credit
✧ Characters / art purchased or given can be used for personal & vtube / stream (no fee)
✧ If purchased art / character use is intended for profit (ex: merch / comic / game / etc.) there is a one-time fee of $20! (*Fee is only for individual / small business, not large or established corporations)
✧ My work should not be used for NFT / AI / Crypto and the like
✧ Character owned can be tweaked / redesigned in any way (outfit, specie, gender, clothes, etc.)
✧ All adopts can be gifted, traded, or resold for any price
